b) Cancellation by Brickhaus Cafe Ltd – If we cancel a scheduled event or service that you have already paid for.

2.0 Non-Refundable Items and Services
Unless otherwise specified, the following are non-refundable:
a) Food and Beverages – All consumable items are non-refundable unless there is a confirmed quality issue or service error on the part of Brickhaus Cafe Ltd.
b) Table Bookings – Table bookings are non-refundable. However, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your booking to an alternative date or time, provided we receive at least 72 hours' notice in writing via email and availability permits.
c) Custom Orders – Personalised items, including customised food, decorations, or merchandise, are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.
d) Deposits for Birthday Parties and Private Hire – All deposits for birthday parties, private events, or function room hires are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
