Brickhaus Café Limited – Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. General Use
   Gift vouchers issued by Brickhaus Café Limited may be redeemed against any food, beverages, or other items available for purchase within the café.
    

2. Validity Period
   Gift vouchers must be used within 1 Year from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed.
    

3. Remaining Balance
   If the full value of the gift voucher is not used in a single transaction, any remaining balance will remain valid for up to 1 year from the original date of purchase, provided the voucher is still within its initial 6-month validity period.
    

4. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
   Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
    

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
   Brickhaus Café Limited is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and they will not be replaced.
    

6. Multiple Use
   Gift vouchers may be used across multiple visits until the balance is fully redeemed, subject to the validity period stated above.
    

7. Acceptance
   Use of the gift voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    

8. Amendments
   Brickhaus Café Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
